By using SaloonTrack you agree to the following.
Software to run a salon: queue and appointments, a public booking page, cash and commissions, and reports. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee zero downtime.
You are responsible for your password, for activity under your account, and for the permissions you grant staff.
A fourteen-day free trial with no card. After it, online booking stops until the subscription is activated, and your data is retained for a reasonable period before deletion.
What you enter remains yours. You may request a copy or delete your account at any time.
Do not use the software to message people who did not ask, to break the law, or to attempt access to another salon’s data. Broadcast messages are subject to limits written into the product.
Your name, logo, description and prices are your responsibility and you confirm you may use them. We may remove unlawful content after notifying you.
Your salon appears in the site directory by name and city so customers can find it. You can switch this off with one click in your booking-page settings; your page keeps working by link.
The software is a tool; business decisions are yours. We are not liable for indirect loss from downtime or data-entry error.
You may end your subscription at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms after notice.
These terms follow the law of the country where the service is provided; disputes are first addressed amicably.
